Skilled Construction Worker

DescriptionOur Multi-Trade Construction Worker performs advanced construction work across multiple trades and provides on-site leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. This role requires strong technical expertise in carpentry, framing, concrete, finish work, and general repair, with working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.Responsibilities• Follow all directions of the construction manager, and work with other team members to complete construction projects accurately• Remove debris and hazardous materials to keep the job site safe and clean to meet safety regulations and OSHA requirements• Carry, load, and unload tools and building materials such as sheetrock, saws, lumber, tile, grout, etc.• Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as survey equipment, jackhammers, and forklifts as neededQualifications• Physical stamina and physical strength are needed• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions such as extreme temperatures and rain• Previous construction experience, knowledge of construction methods, tools and equipment, and an understanding of blueprints and construction plans is required• Good depth perception and eye-hand coordination are needed, as are mechanical skills
