Corporate Income Tax Manager

Role responsibilities Oversee accurate and timely preparation of global income tax filings, with primary responsibility for U.S. and U.K. returns, quarterly estimates, and extensions Lead global income tax compliance calendar across multiple entities and jurisdictions to ensure all statutory deadlines are met Manage third-party tax advisors worldwide and optimize external spend for international compliance Advise senior leadership on tax impact of major business events (M&A, entity structuring, divestitures) Implement tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities within regulatory requirements Manage income tax audits and inquiries with authorities (IRS, HMRC, CRA, state and local agencies) Oversee transfer pricing, intercompany balancing, and key technical areas (e.g., nexus studies, R&D credits, interest capitalization) Strengthen internal controls and reduce tax risk through policies, procedures, and documentation Drive development of in-house U.S. tax provision process and support audited financial statement tax disclosures Skills & expertise CPA required; Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (Master's in Tax preferred) 10-15 years corporate income tax experience (industry or public practice) Strong expertise in U.S. and international tax, transfer pricing, and GAAP reporting Experience managing global compliance and external tax partners Background in professional services organizations preferred Advanced proficiency with NetSuite and financial reporting tools Salary range (for US roles only) - $112,000 - $160,000 The provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States, considering factors such as your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities.
