If you're an LPN who takes pride in delivering excellent clinical care, you'll feel right at home here.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide highquality nursing care in accordance with state and federal regulations.Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.Monitor resident conditions, document changes, and report concerns to the RN Supervisor or Unit Manager.Maintain timely and accurate charting within the EMR system.Support CNAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure strong resident outcomes.Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.Uphold infection control, safety, and quality standards throughout the shift.Respond to emergencies and follow established protocols.QualificationsActive LPN license in the state of Arkansas (or ability to obtain).Experience in skilled nursing or longterm care strongly preferred.Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.Dependable, compassionate, and committed to residentcentered care.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.ScheduleFull-time or part-timeShifts may include days, evenings, nights, and weekends depending on facility needs.
