Security Systems Technician / Foreman – Access Control & CCTV

Experience with LenelS2, AMAG, Genetec, Hirsch, Avigilon, or other enterprise access control platforms will also be considered. For candidates applying as a Foreman, responsibilities also include supervising field crews, coordinating daily activities, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring quality workmanship. Projects include: Enterprise Access Control Systems IP Video Surveillance (CCTV) Intercom Systems ACS Server Installations and Upgrades Door Hardware Integration Low-Voltage Cabling System Programming and Commissioning Responsibilities Install, configure, and service access control systems Install and commission CCTV systems Install and troubleshoot intercom systems Run, terminate, label, and test low-voltage cabling Install card readers, electric strikes, mag locks, door contacts, request-to-exit devices, and related hardware Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues Maintain accurate documentation and daily reports Travel to project sites as required Follow company safety procedures and maintain a professional work environment Additional Responsibilities for Foremen Lead and supervise installation crews Coordinate daily work with project managers and customers Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards Train and mentor junior technicians Assist with material management and project planning Qualifications Experience installing and servicing electronic security systems Experience with access control and CCTV systems Software House CCURE experience preferred Experience with LenelS2, Genetec, AMAG, Hirsch, Avigilon, or similar enterprise platforms is a plus Strong troubleshooting abilities Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams Low-voltage installation experience Strong communication and teamwork skills Leadership experience preferred for Foreman candidates Preferred Certifications OSHA 10 OSHA 30 Manufacturer certifications (Software House, LenelS2, Genetec, AMAG, etc.) Lift certifications are a plus Requirements Must be able to pass a Government Background Check Valid driver's license Willingness to travel throughout the United States Ability to lift 50 pounds Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and construction sites Why Join Core Secure?
