What You’ll Do: Assist in prepping, painting, and finishing commercial, industrial, and government projects Work as part of a crew on interior/exterior jobs Travel to out-of-town job sites (and get paid extra when you do!) Learn from experienced professionals who want to see you succeed Show up on time, work safely, and take pride in your craftsmanship Daily Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers Ensure a smooth and even finish Clean and maintain painting equipment Follow safety guidelines and protocols Why Join Us?
