Plant Controller - ReadingCore Responsibilities:Lead budgets, forecasts, weekly sales reporting, estimates, and financial modelingDeliver financial analysis, management reporting, variance analysis, KPIs, and benchmarkingOversee inventory costing, cost control, investment evaluations, and productivity improvementsConduct ROI analyses, business cases, capex proposals, and scenario modellingManage customer and product margin analysis, profitability assessment, and pricing approval supportDrive procurement savings with Operations (supplier cost control, logistics optimization, indirect cost reduction)Support digitalization and process automationRequirements:10+; years of experience, including ~7 years in a manufacturing/plant finance environmentBackground in international manufacturing groupsStrong project management, business partnering, and transformation experienceProven ability to lead financial functions for businesses >USD 25mAgile and effective in complex, fast-moving industrial settingsMBA and CPA preferredExpert-level Excel, financial analysis, and PowerPoint skillsAnticipated compensation range: $105-120K + bonus
