Job Description Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Technician Orlando, FL Full-Time | Day & Night Shifts | Overtime Available Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Technicians are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and removing traffic control devices to ensure safety and compliance with approved MOT plans and FDOT standards. Responsibilities:Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Install and remove cones, signs, barrels, barricades, and other traffic control devicesSet up work zones per approved MOT plans and safety regulationsDrive company work trucks (e.g., Silverado)Monitor and adjust traffic control setups as neededCommunicate effectively with supervisors and field teamsEnsure compliance with FDOT standards and company safety policies Requirements:Valid U.S. work authorizationClean driving record for the past 3 yearsMinimum 2 years of valid driver’s licenseMust agree to undergo and pass a background checkAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditionsEnglish requiredMOT experience (preferred but no limited to) Reliable transportation xaygatp to report to yard.
