Key Responsibilities Manage insurance applications during the underwriting process and serve as the primary point of contact for clients Provide ongoing status updates, problem resolution, and support to ensure successful case closures Collaborate with the sales team and insurance carriers to enhance customer experience and drive efficiency Required Qualifications Over 7 years of experience as a brokerage Life Insurance Case Manager Experience with multiple carrier insurance products High school diploma or equivalent Ability to negotiate underwriting offers on cases less than $10K Experience in training and mentoring junior team members
