Strategists operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.Once Approved, Private Markets StrategistsAdvise on fund formation, capital raising, deal structuring, and investment strategyMentor analysts and deal scouts to enhance internal deal execution and market insightAccess curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposureBuild a verified Advisor Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystemThis role is ideal for experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants with a proven record of leading capital initiatives and advising on private market transactions.What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)Approved Private Markets Strategists MayAdvise fund managers on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising positioningSupport deal sponsors with structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategyMentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence, and transaction executionProvide portfolio advisory services, operational insights, and value creation guidanceParticipate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investorsStrategists focus on high-level market strategy, deal positioning, and relationship-driven execution.
