About The CompanyOur client is a leading privately owned manufacturing organization looking to add a Staff Accountant to their accounting team.Responsibilities Of The Staff AccountantThe Staff Accountant will compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts.The Staff Accountant will also handle month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities.Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital.Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position.Prepare reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to monthly close process.Establish, modify, document, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.Experience Preferred For The Staff Accountant RoleBachelor degree in Accounting or Finance1-5 years of experience or a new grad with internship experienceManufacturing experience is a plusAttention to detailWHY WORK HERE AS OUR STAFF ACCOUNTANT?Privately owned company that’s been around 50 years +Low turnoverGood work life balanceCompany culture is relaxed and inviting and has a family feelCompensation range; $65,000-$75,000
