People Team Assistant

Job DescriptionJob Summary:Assist HR department for various HR functions and projects. Hybrid working.Essential Functions: Assists with various research projects and/or special projects. Inputs and maintains employee data. Maintains HR files (both digitally and in physical files). Assists with event planning. Submits HR invoices. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Experience: Flexible and responsive; able to ensure data accuracy, perform in a fast paced, dynamic work environment, and meet aggressive deadlines. Must have can-do attitude and strong attention to detail. Passionate to learn. Excellent analytical skills with ability to multitask. Strong team player, experienced with matrix organizations and virtual teams. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite.
