Machine Tender 2nd/3rd Shift

Job DescriptionJob Title: Injection Molding Machine Tender (Plastics Manufacturing)Pay & Benefits: $16.75-$17.25/hr (based on shift) with contract-to-hire opportunity. Once hired in, you'll receive a $0.50/hr raise, plus additional reviews at 6 months and 1 year (annual reviews after that). Benefits when hired in include medical (90/10 plan; available after 60 days on payroll), dental, vision, 401(k) with 4% match (eligible after 90 days; enrollment windows), short-term disability, life insurance, paid holidays, and vacation (1 week after your first year). Overtime is typically available during the week.Hours & Location: Berea, OH2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM-12:00 AM3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 11:30 PM-8:00 AM3rd shift trains on 1st shift for 4-8 weeks - 7:00AM-3:30PMJob Responsibilities:Tend plastic injection molding machines that are already set up and runningRemove molded parts from bins and separate runners from finished partsSort runners and parts into the correct containersPerform visual quality inspection to catch defectsMonitor 2-3 machines at a time and keep your area organizedRequired Qualifications:Reliable attendance and a steady, long-term mindsetComfortable with repetitive, hands-on work and standing most of the shift (limited sitting)Able to lift 5-10 lbs and work at a consistent paceWilling to learn and follow instructions closely in a manufacturing/production environmentWork Environment: You'll work in a clean, team-focused plastic injection molding shop making small parts used in major industries.
