Ditmas Park Nursing & Rehab - Ditmas Park Nursing & Rehab is looking for a Per Diem Clinical Dietician. We are looking to fill the position immediately.Our Dieticians provide an individual nutrition plan of care for each resident.Dietician must be able to assess client's nutritional and health needsCounsel clients on nutrition issues and healthy eating habitsDevelop meal and nutrition plans, taking residents preferences into considerationEvaluate and monitor the effects of nutrition plans and practices and make changes as needed.
