Dietitian (Full Time)
Castle Peak, a senior living community in Eagle, CO, is currently seeking a Registered Dietitian to help our residents experience independence and dignity within a loving community atmosphere. At Castle Peak , you'll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that takes pride in making a difference every day for residents and families alike.
In this role, you will collaborate with our on-site leaders and culinary team to use your clinical expertise to develop a plan for each resident to help achieve their goals. Additionally, you will be a part of an established team where your clinical knowledge and critical thinking will be an asset.
Position Type: Part-Time, benefit eligible position working 10 to 16 hours per week. Primarily remote position.
Shift Available: Day
Wage Range: $35 - $42 per hour Location: 195 Freestone Road, Eagle CO 81631
Registered Dietitian Qualifications:
Conducts a nutrition assessment for patients at nutritional risk per facility policies and procedures
Develops and implements an individualized plan for nutrition intervention based on nutrition assessment and evidence-based standards
Experience with electronic charting, the Nutrition Care Process and writing PES statements to provide appropriate documentation for the plan of care
Works cooperatively with food service staff to ensure conformance to diet prescriptions
Demonstrates accountability for the proper use of patients' protected health information
At least one year of acute care dietitian experience OR heavy in-patient clinical internship rotations
Participate in care planning meetings, as required
Registered Dietitian Responsibilties:
Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
Familiarity with state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulation
