Job DescriptionMedical Director opening in Arizona* Located in *Casa Grande, AZ - 45m from Phoenix Full time, permanent Not-for-profit organization Seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician to serve as a Medical Director * *Bilingual Preferred** Demonstrated competencies in dealing with all age groups including neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients 5-10 Years experience in medicine, preferably in a group setting Experience in developing Medical Quality assurance Programs Completion of 2 Year Residency Completion of annual CME requirements AZ State License The Medical Director aids the Chief Medical Officer by providing clinical leadership and providing health care services to patients. They will promote excellence in customer service and strive to maintain cutting edge culture by maintaining consistent, timely commination regarding all facets of departmental activities with his/her co-workers at all levels. They will also assist in the development, implantation and utilization of clinical quality assurance policies and procedures while ensuring Joint Commission compliance. Schedule is M-F 8-5 3 Days/wk. Administrative Role, 2 Days/wk.
