Senior Immigration Paralegal (Remote – Contract / Independent Contractor)Family-Based & Business ImmigrationWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Immigration Paralegal to partner with our firm on a contract / independent contractor basis. This is a remote, business-to-business opportunity for a seasoned professional who operates independently, manages their own workflow, and delivers high-quality legal support.This role is best suited for an established paralegal or legal services provider who is comfortable functioning as an independent operator, not an employee.Scope of WorkSupport a caseload across:Family-based immigration (AOS, I-130, I-485, naturalization, consular processing)Business immigration (H-1B, O-1, EB-1A, E-2, PERM/I-140 support)Prepare complete petition packages, including:Forms, cover letters, exhibits, and supporting documentationAssist with RFEs, NOIDs, and case follow-throughCoordinate with attorneys on case strategy and executionCommunicate with clients regarding document collection and case progressMaintain organized digital files and meet agreed-upon deadlinesRequirements5+ years immigration paralegal experience (senior-level required)Demonstrated ability to handle cases independently from intake to filingStrong experience in both family-based and employment-based immigrationHigh level of accuracy, organization, and accountabilityAbility to manage workload and deadlines without supervisionProfessional communication with clients and legal teamEngagement StructureIndependent Contractor / 1099 (or equivalent business entity)Fully remoteWork is assigned on a per-case or project basisFlexible schedule, with expectation of timely delivery and responsivenessCompensation based on scope, complexity, and outputIdeal Candidate / PartnerOperates as a business or independent professional, not seeking employmentComfortable managing multiple cases and prioritizing workloadProactive, solutions-oriented, and detail-drivenAble to integrate into a fast-moving legal team while maintaining independenceInterested in ongoing, scalable collaborationPositioningThis is not an employee role.
