Tasks and responsibilities may vary depending on the day; however, the scope of this position will be focused on supporting the kitchen in its daily operations.Essential Duties/Responsibilities BakingAssist bakery team with daily production as neededPrepPreparing recipes/food itemsChecking inventory levels and prioritizing needsLine Cook/Pizza/Prepared MealsFollow/maintain recipes and consistency with productionSafe food handling and practicesPrepare and stretch dough for pizzaComplete pizza ordersDishwashing/Kitchen CleanlinessAssist with general kitchen organization and cleanlinessHelp maintain a clean & Sanitary work environmentWash kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes when assignedGeneral Kitchen OperationsPerform other tasks related to Kitchen operation as assigned by ManagerFollow opening and closing procedures for the kitchenJob Requirements3+ years working in an kitchen environment in various capacities/rolesBilingual English/Spanish and/or English/Portuguese is a plusComfortable completing tasks as assigned by manager to ensure daily kitchen operationsKnowledge and observation of safe food handling and practicesBe on time for scheduled shiftsNight, weekend, and Monday availability required.Reliable transportation to and from theStand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbsThe ability to bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms
