Quality EngineerForney, TexasDays position (Monday - Thursday)$85,000 - $110,000Industrial Automation ManufacturingWe are working with a rapidly growing manufacturer who are looking to add an experienced Quality Engineer to their team in Forney, Texas.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end Quality activities across the manufacturing operationMaintain and improve the company Quality Management System (QMS)Lead continuous improvement and quality enhancement initiatives within productionParticipate in new product launches to ensure quality requirements are achieved throughout developmentWork closely with Design and Manufacturing Engineering teams to establish robust process controlsLead root cause investigations and corrective actions for quality failures and non-conformancesCreate and manage NCRs, CARs, and inspection documentationEnsure supplier, customer, and internal quality documentation meets required standardsConduct regular audits and assessments of manufacturing processes and quality systemsDrive supplier quality improvements using Lean Manufacturing, Poka-Yoke, 8D, and Six Sigma methodologiesAccurately document inspection and quality data within the MRP systemSupport APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and process capability activitiesQualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related Engineering disciplineMinimum 6 years’ experience within Quality Engineering or Quality Management in manufacturingStrong working knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949 standardsExperience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, GR&R, Cpk analysis, ANOVA, and 8D methodologiesStrong understanding of quality tools, root cause analysis, and corrective action processesHow To ApplyContact: Sam Wild945-256-5118 or sam@axionrecruitment.comIf you would like to find out more, simply click apply.This position is commutable from: Forney, Mesquite, Dallas, Garland, Rockwall, Terrell, Kaufman, Sunnyvale, Rowlett, Richardson, PlanoRelevant Job Title: Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer, Quality Systems Engineer, Process Quality Engineer, Senior Quality EngineerAll applicants must live in the USA and be eligible to work and live in the USA.
