Our sales team is trained across all of our products to give our customers insights into our entire portfolio.Job Title: Project Manager, ConsultingPosition Overview: The Senior Program Manager is responsible for overseeing a program life cycle from beginning to end, which includes the front-end phases of proposal writing (including technical volumes, cost volume, and management volumes), development, manufacturing, test, deployments, and repairs, service, returns. Responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to determine scope, goals, budget, and risks. They are responsible for overseeing, monitoring, reporting, administering, and documenting commitments to ensure project objectives and schedules are met. Key Responsibilities: Planning and monitoring program execution. Project coordination and managing project interdependencies. Cross-project resource management. Identifying and addressing problems and risks. Program documentation (CDR, PDR, ETRR, MRR). Stakeholder communications, negotiations, and problem-solving. Aligning or realigning deliverables with program outcomes. Monitor scheduling and staffing needs to help the department run smoothly. Monitor communications with outside vendors and contractual deliverables. Understand exiting gate processes and New Product Release processes. Address internal or vendor issues that may impede project delivery and develops solutions. Track at risk metrics and facilitate actions to keep project on track. Establish data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities to provide periodic reporting. Ensure project milestones are met, adhering to approved budgets. Key Competencies & Skills Required: Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Expert knowledge of industry processes, systems, procedures, and risks related to the project. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Planning Management. Contracts acumen preferred. Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills. Be able to collaborate effectively across the MACOM organization as well as to customers. Ability to collect, organize, and interpret data and information to support decision-making and problem-solving. Ability to plan and work multiple projects simultaneously. Due to ITAR regulations, the candidate must be a U.S. person. Existing U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance preferred. Will be required for the role. Required Qualifications and Experience: BS or MS in Engineering (EE, ME, CS). Experience with RF programs required. Experience with high rel space programs required.
