ProSource Wholesale is a private wholesale flooring, plumbing, kitchen and bath showroom catering to the trade industry, and their clients. As an Outbound Call Specialist, you will play a critical role in re-engaging trade professionals who have fallen out of their purchase cycle, prospecting for new business, new trade professionals who have joined our showroom as well as those who have not yet converted into a buying customer.Why ProSource?At ProSource, we're more than a flooring company—we're a trusted partner for trade professionals and homeowners. As a Outbound Call Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in fostering these relationships and contributing to our success.What You'll DoCommunicate directly with trade professionals targeting specific buying demographics through phone calls.Asking dynamic questions to understand customer needs and provide potential conversions to the sales team.Employ analytic skills to gather important data based on feedback and call campaign results.Update spreadsheets, reports, databases with KPI's/measurables as needed.Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.Any other tasks directed by Marketing Manager.What We're Looking ForProven experience in outbound calling roles with capacity to do high volume calls at 150 calls per day or more.Ability to work 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.Ability to learn basic product information and services and describe/explain them to customers/prospects.Accountability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines and weekly measurables.Excellent knowledge of MS Office and online applications (CRM tools, Constant Contact, RingCentral, etc.).Exquisite communication and people skills.Be core value focused based on company outlineWhy You'll Love Working With UsDynamic Environment: We're all about relationships, not retail.
