We're currently recruiting for Registered Nurse(ER) role that we think would be a great fit for someone with your skills and experience.Job Description:Job Title: RN - Registered Nurse EmergencyLocation: Fall river mills, CALength of Assignment: 13 WeeksGuaranteed Hours: 36/weekShift Timing: 07:00pm-07:30amResponsibilities of Registered Nurse:Conducts patient assessments and notifies Charge Nurse and MD of abnormal findings.Develops individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.Performs treatments as ordered by physicians accurately and timely.Performs tasks such as EKGs, blood draws, and IV starts accurately; keeps work area clean and stocked.Provides patient and family education.Documents patient assessments, responses to interventions, and progress.Initiates emergency resuscitative measures as per protocols.Maintains patient, family, and staff confidentiality.Provides non-judgmental, sensitive care respecting patient and family diversity.Adheres to safety and infection control standards.Experience Required:2 years Registered Nurse experience.
