Role Overview: We are looking for an SEM/SEO Marketing Manager to bring our digital marketing strategy in-house. This role is all about driving the vision of our leadership team and helping us expand into new areas of the digital marketing landscape. You’ll work closely with our dedicated copywriting and content creation team to determine the best strategies and content that resonate with our audience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement an overarching digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and leverages current trends. Generate innovative ideas and strategies to enhance our online presence and break into new markets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to decide on content creation and ensure alignment with our brand’s messaging. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop to track performance and optimize campaigns. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing efforts and report progress to the President and VP. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep our strategies fresh and effective. Qualifications: Proven expertise in digital marketing and analytics, particularly in SEO and SEM. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and performance marketing strategies. Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMrush. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop is beneficial. Experience in content strategy and the ability to guide content creation that drives engagement. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for finding creative solutions. Experience in the health and wellness or cosmetics and beauty industry is a plus, but not required. Why Join Us?
