How you’ll make an impact in this role Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Implement and Manage advanced, individualized patient care plans to drive optimal recovery and health outcomes in a critical care environment. Coordinate care efforts across multidisciplinary teams—including physicians, specialists, and therapists—to ensure a seamless and holistic patient journey. Execute physician and nursing orders with precision, maintaining the highest standards for quality and continuity of care. Monitor and Communicate critical patient data and subtle changes in condition to the care team, ensuring timely and informed medical interventions. Guide patients and their families through initial assessment and discharge planning, ensuring they have the resources for a safe and successful transition home. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure/Certification/Registration: Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
