This is a partnership track also for those who are eligible. Physicians in need of J1 waivers, we apply through the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) any time of the year, with no cap, and we pay all expenses up to $15k. No evenings, no weekends, no holidaysAbout Olean, NY:The combined community's population is about 35,000 and the medical group serves an area of about 125,000.Located 65 miles south of Buffalo, NY, we do not get Buffalos weather, nor the rest of the states for that matter. In fact, our community registers less than half of the snow that Buffalo and thestate gets. However, Olean is just a 30 minute drive from Ellicottville, NY, where there is fabulous skiing and snowboarding and happily, they do get snow.This is a safe community with full time police and fire departments. We have many diverse restaurants, 3 school districts, affordable housing, and plenty of retail here but for large mall shopping and pro sports venues, Buffalo is just an hour and fifteen drive. Olean is centrally located to Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Toronto, all within a 3 3 hour drive.
