Position DescriptionClearance Level: U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain Secret clearance Location: On-site – Mobile, AL Hours: Standard business hours with surge support for data callsPosition SummaryNetSEA Technologies is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to support data management operations by designing and maintaining SharePoint-based workflows, dashboards, and repositories to enable real-time program execution, document control, and rapid response to high-tempo data calls.Roles / ResponsibilitiesSharePoint Development & Workflow AutomationDevelop and maintain workflows, dashboards, and data repositoriesImplement document lifecycle workflows (creation, approval, indexing)Maintain version-controlled program documentationData Management & ReportingSupport data mining, metrics development, and reportingProvide dashboards and performance metrics to OPC PRO leadershipMaintain data repositories and ensure configuration controlHigh-Tempo Data Call SupportSupport rapid-turn data calls (24-hour and Monitor SharePoint activity and notify COR of issues within 1 dayRequirementsMandatory QualificationsU.S. Citizen.Active Secret clearance (Top Secret / SCI strongly preferred).Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum 4 years SharePoint development experienceExperience with Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in performance metrics and data analysisPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting acquisition or shipbuilding programsKnowledge of configuration-controlled environments
