Team members join an organization committed to quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in fluid handling technologies.Role Description This full-time, on-site Application Engineer role is based in Fort Mill, SC. The Application Engineer will evaluate customer requirements, select appropriate pumping solutions, and prepare technical proposals, sizing calculations, and quotations. This role will support the sales team with technical guidance, product configuration, pricing recommendations, and application-specific troubleshooting. The Application Engineer will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure accurate order execution and product performance. Daily tasks include reviewing specifications and drawings, coordinating testing and validation, preparing technical documentation, and providing post-installation support to customers.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and system layouts.Candidates should possess solid Technical Support skills, including diagnosing application issues, recommending solutions, and communicating clearly with customers and internal stakeholders.Candidates should possess experience with Testing activities such as performance verification, system validation, and documentation of test results.Candidates should possess familiarity with Software Development or engineering software tools (e.g., configuration tools, CAD, calculation or simulation software) relevant to pump and system design.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work on-site in Fort Mill, SC, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment; prior experience in pump, rotating equipment, or fluid handling industries is a plus.
