Account Manager

Position OverviewWe are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, quick-cycle sales environment and enjoys both inside and outside sales activities. You’ll play a key role in expanding market presence, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage client relationships within assigned territoryConduct both inside and outside sales activitiesDrive new business through cold calling, prospecting, and networkingManage a quick sales cycle from lead generation to closeProvide consultative sales support around equipment rental solutionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service deliveryMaintain accurate records of sales activity and pipelineSales FocusEquipment rentals and related servicesDirect customer engagement and account developmentTerritory outreach including DMV region (DC, Maryland, Virginia)Hybrid work environment with flexibility (no fixed schedule structure)Qualifications2+ years of sales experience (construction, equipment rental, or related industry preferred)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyComfortable with cold calling and developing new businessExperience managing both inbound and outbound sales efforts
