Operating in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment, the organization prioritizes operational efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement across its partner ecosystem.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly technical and process-oriented Program Manager III to design, build, and optimize scalable operational workflows across multiple partner-facing processes. This role is heavily focused on process automation and system design rather than traditional program management.The ideal candidate will take complex, manual, and cross-functional workflows and transform them into streamlined, automated solutions using tools such as Airtable and Google Sheets. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather requirements, map process flows, and implement automation systems that improve efficiency, accountability, and visibility.In the early stages, the majority of your time will be spent building automation frameworks from scratch (approximately 75–80%), including tracking systems, notification workflows, and reporting dashboards.
