A company is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Agent. Key Responsibilities Answer member calls and provide accurate information and assistance Utilize the AAA sales model to cross-sell credit union products and services Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and laws Required Qualifications 6 to 12 months of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or sales High school diploma or GED Ability to use a laptop, headset, and multiple monitors Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute; 10-Key experience preferred
