With a long-standing footprint across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and data center construction, they deliver complex electrical projects for mission-critical environments.As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will lead large-scale data center electrical construction projects from bid award through closeout. This role owns full project execution schedule, budget, labor, materials, risk, and client relationships while working closely with estimating, engineering, purchasing, safety, field leadership, and executive stakeholders.⚡ Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Account Management• Own project schedules, milestones, budgets, labor forecasting, and cost control• Manage change orders, procurement, materials delivery, and billing• Track project KPIs and ensure financial performanceEstimating• Perform electrical take-offs and scope reviews• Review drawings, specs, and final bids• Finalize project summary sheetsBusiness Development• Maintain and grow key client relationships• Generate $1–2M in new business annually• Support repeat and negotiated workSite Management• Visit job sites and lead project meetings• Coordinate subcontractors and collaborate with superintendents• Build trust with field teams and inspectorsLeadership• Mentor junior PMs and support office staff• Own project outcomes, risk mitigation, and profitability• Influence cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments⚡ Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field• 3–7+ years of electrical Project Management experience• 2+ years managing electrical projects $5M+ (data center experience strongly preferred)• Strong estimating, labor forecasting, and financial controls experience• Electrical / LV / energy systems knowledge• PMP a plus• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills• High-energy, adaptable, and comfortable under pressure⚡ Compensation & Benefits· Competitive base salary with per-project bonus upside· 401(k) with 100% match up to 5% and up to 10% 401(k) bonus· Exposure to marquee hyperscale data center projects· Long-term stability with a top-tier Midwest contractor· Clear career progression within mission-critical construction· Medical, dental, vision, and HRA with generous company subsidy.· Company-funded life and disability insurance.· PTO, paid holidays, parental leave, volunteer time, and wellness programs.· Tuition assistance and Employee Assistance Program.· Supportive, collaborative, and career-focused work environment.
