Key Responsibilities:Lead development of and manage detailed schedules, budgets, resource needs, and work plans for technical deliverableson complex, multi-faceted hardware R&D programsOrganize and coordinate with multiple technical and operational teamsLead regular status meetings, project reviews, and end-of-task retrospectivesEnsure timely and effective communicationof strategy, scope changes, risks, and progressbetween technical teams, partners, product and program management, and leadership through reports, dashboards, and presentationsIdentify opportunities to accelerate schedule or develop needed technologies YOU MUST HAVE:Bachelor's degree minimumMinimum 8+ years' experience in technical program managementDue to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee statusDue to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
