Branch Manager — Grand Prairie, TX Benefast | Construction Fastening Systems & Industrial Supplies Total Compensation: $110,000 – $150,000 (Base Salary + Commission + Bonus) Base Salary: $75,000 Commission: On branch gross sales (60-day waiting period) Bonus: Performance-based Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Location: On-site, Grand Prairie, TX Why Benefast? The Role The Branch Manager is the operational leader of the Grand Prairie location. You own everything that happens in the building — from order fulfillment to warehouse execution to team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job. You'll oversee inside sales, warehouse operations, drivers, and warehouse associates. What You'll Do • Run daily branch operations — orders flow smoothly from entry to delivery • Lead, develop, and hold your team accountable • Ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment and clean inventory • Coordinate purchasing with Purchasing Director • Maintain a safe, organized warehouse • Monitor branch efficiency — fulfillment speed, inventory accuracy, delivery performance • Work closely with Accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies • Conduct performance reviews and address issues directly • Communicate proactively with the COO and corporate leadership What We're Looking For • Proven experience managing a warehouse, distribution center, or branch operation • Hands-on leader — you don't just delegate, you get in the mix • Strong team builder who holds people accountable without micromanaging • Comfortable with systems — order management, inventory tracking, Microsoft Teams • Construction supply or industrial distribution experience is a strong plus • You take ownership, communicate directly, and don't wait to be told what to do What We Offer • $75K base salary + commission on branch gross sales (60-day waiting period) • Performance-based bonus tied to company, branch, and individual results • Total comp target: $110K – $150K • 100% company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance — for you AND your family • HSA with $1,200/year company-paid contribution • 401(k) with company match + profit sharing • Paid time off — up to 2 weeks, 3 weeks after 3 years • Additional voluntary benefits available (Term Life, AD&D, LTD, STD, and more) • Free Lunch Fridays • A family-owned company that values straight talk, accountability, and results Benefast Core Values — I CARE Initiative · Communication · Attitude · Reliability & Accountability · Effort & Pride in Work
