Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of People Business Partners supporting senior leaders in the Product organization
Build high-trust relationships with executive stakeholders and provide strategic advice on People & Talent matters
Implement data-driven solutions for organizational challenges and spearhead Talent Management initiativesRequired Qualifications12+ years of experience in a strategic HR role with a focus on enhancing business performance
Proven experience supporting Product leadership at the executive level
4+ years of experience managing and leading high-performing teams in a global organization
Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to inform strategic recommendations
Exceptional ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior leaders
