You will architect and develop modern, AI-enabled applications and analytics solutions using Microsoft's cloud and AI platforms. This includes building advanced Power BI semantic models, developing Power Apps applications, implementing workflow automation, and integrating Azure AI and Copilot capabilities into real business processes.Translate complex business challenges into scalable technical architectures. You will define data models, application structures, automation logic, and AI integrations that are robust, maintainable, and future-ready. Your work will emphasize engineering discipline, performance, and extensibility-not one-off solutions.Lead the technical evolution of Microsoft AI adoption. You will actively explore and apply emerging capabilities across the Microsoft ecosystem-including Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, Microsoft Fabric, and intelligent automation-to create differentiated solutions and accelerate client innovation.Develop modern data and application foundations. This includes designing data pipelines, semantic models, governance structures, and application frameworks that enable advanced analytics, automation, and AI at scale.Elevate ABeam's technical leadership. You will contribute to internal accelerators, reusable frameworks, architectural standards, and thought leadership that strengthen ABeam's position as a leader in Microsoft AI solutions.Communicate complex technical concepts with clarity. You will produce clear technical documentation, architectural designs, and written communication that enable both technical and business stakeholders to understand and adopt intelligent solutions.Continuously push the boundaries of what's possible. You will stay at the forefront of Microsoft's AI roadmap, experiment with new tools, and help define how organizations can leverage AI to create meaningful competitive advantage.What Makes This Role DifferentThis role is designed for builders, innovators, and future technical leaders-not traditional project managers or coordinators. You will spend the majority of your time designing and developing solutions, advancing your expertise in Microsoft AI technologies, and helping shape ABeam's long-term technical direction.You will have the opportunity to grow into a recognized subject matter expert and thought leader in Microsoft AI, intelligent applications, and enterprise analytics.What You BringStrong hands-on expertise with Microsoft platforms, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services, with demonstrated experience building production-grade analytics or application solutions.Experience implementing intelligent or automated solutions, including data modeling, analytics, workflow automation, or application development using Microsoft or comparable cloud platforms.Working knowledge of Microsoft's emerging AI ecosystem, such as Copilot, Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, Microsoft Fabric, or related AI and machine learning services.Strong data architecture and modeling skills, including designing scalable semantic models, transforming and validating data, and ensuring data quality and governance.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, including designing architectures, defining implementation approaches, and building scalable systems.Clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts, document solutions, and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and growth mindset, with a passion for learning new technologies and advancing technical expertise.Experience in consulting, enterprise IT, or solution delivery environments is beneficial but secondary to technical depth and potential.Preferred ExperienceExperience with Azure data services such as Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse, or FabricExperience integrating AI capabilities into applications or analytics solutionsExperience building enterprise-scale Power BI semantic models and governance frameworksExperience developing Power Apps or workflow automation solutionsFamiliarity with modern software engineering practices, DevOps, and cloud architectureWho Thrives HereThe ideal candidate is intellectually curious, technically ambitious, and motivated to become a recognized expert in Microsoft AI technologies.
