Key Responsibilities Supervises daily operations of the call center, ensuring quality and cost-effective services Monitors service metrics, adjusts staffing levels, and covers on-call duties as needed Supports training initiatives, conducts quality audits, and participates in recruitment and onboarding activities Required Qualifications Nonclinical supervisors require extensive experience in supervising teams; educational requirements may be waived Clinical supervisors must be graduates of an accredited nursing program Nonclinical supervisors should have 3-5 years of healthcare leadership experience in a nurse triage call center Clinical supervisors need 2 years of clinical nursing experience providing direct patient care or equivalent experience Clinical supervisors must hold an unrestricted Iowa or practicing state license
