Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.Opportunity:RN - Med SurgJob Details:• Varied work schedule with flexible shift assignments• Provide comprehensive nursing care in medical-surgical setting with some postpartum care required• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for patients• Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and discharge planning needs• Formulate and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team• Monitor and evaluate patient response to treatment and revise care plans accordingly• Provide direct patient care, coordinate care activities, and supervise healthcare team members• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses in medical records• Delegate appropriately and supervise licensed and non-licensed personnel• Participate in patient and family education activities• Current Nebraska RN license required• Nebraska CPS/APS clearance required• BLS Certification required• Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required• Experience in acute care setting within past 12 months required• Bachelor's degree preferred• Professional certification preferredFacility:This community hospital provides comprehensive healthcare services to the local area, focusing on quality patient care and professional nursing practice.
