Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions. Maintain customer records by updating account information. Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy. Assist in generating reports and preparing data for analysis. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivale. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
