Manufacturing Engineering Technician

OUR PROJECTWe are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support semiconductor wafer fabrication and sensor manufacturing operations in a highly regulated production environment. This individual will serve as a primary technical resource on the manufacturing floor, supporting semiconductor assembly and build processes, equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and manufacturing process improvements.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment, strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams to maintain equipment uptime and process stability.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for semiconductor wafer fabrication, sensor manufacturing, and production assembly/build processesTroubleshoot and maintain complex mechanical, electro-mechanical, semiconductor, and electro-optical equipment to ensure equipment uptime and process stabilityPerform preventative maintenance (PM) and support repairs on high-vacuum and specialized semiconductor manufacturing equipmentGenerate, update, and maintain equipment operating procedures, manufacturing work instructions, and related production documentationSupport equipment failure investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous process improvement initiativesAssist with the design, development, qualification, and improvement of manufacturing tools, equipment, and processesWork cross-functionally with manufacturing, process engineering, quality, and design engineering teams to support production goals and compliant buildsSupport capital equipment procurement, installation, startup, testing, and qualification activities in a regulated cleanroom manufacturing environmentEffective written and verbal communication skills are absolutely required for this role.
