Bartender PositionAs a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving craft cocktails and other highly curated alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing excellent service to our guests, maintaining a clean workspace, and other related duties.ResponsibilitiesBartender responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Meets and exceeds all aspects of the overall guest experience and provides the highest level of service at all timesTakes orders from customers and serves highly crafted cocktails and other beverages as well as a full bar menu in a discreet, professional and unobtrusive mannerChecks with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals/drinks and corrects any problem to ensure guest happinessCollects payment from customersRemoves dishes and glasses from tables or counters and takes them to kitchen for cleaningAnswers guest questions about food, beverages and our facilities accurately and in a friendly mannerMust be fully knowledgeable of the entire food menu including raw products and preparation techniquesDiscerns guests' moods and accommodates their preferences and requestsCompletes opening and closing side-work and deep-cleaning as assignedResponsible for accurate and efficient set up and breakdown for bar operationsOther duties as assignedQualificationsWhat are we looking for?Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidaysMust be 21 years of age or olderPrevious bartending experience requiredMust be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisorsPerforms all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and proceduresProjects a favorable image of the property to the public at all times by following the property's grooming and dress standardPassion for providing exceptional service to guests and team membersProven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detailTeamwork and collaborationMust be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisorsWhat can you look forward to?All team members enjoy WEEKLY PAY!Qualifying team members may enjoy the following benefits:Medical and Dental insuranceSupplemental insurance plans (ex.
