Property Manager (Commercial Retail Portfolio)

Company DescriptionWRDC is an owner/operator of a growing portfolio of open-air retail shopping centers totaling approximately 1 million square feet, primarily leased to national retailers.We are looking for a highly driven, detail-oriented Property Manager who wants far more than a traditional, siloed role. This position is ideal for someone who wants direct exposure to ownership, leasing, operations, and development—and is motivated to grow into a senior leadership role over time.This is not a corporate property management job.
