Company DescriptionWRDC is an owner/operator of a growing portfolio of open-air retail shopping centers totaling approximately 1 million square feet, primarily leased to national retailers.We are looking for a highly driven, detail-oriented Property Manager who wants far more than a traditional, siloed role. This position is ideal for someone who wants direct exposure to ownership, leasing, operations, and development—and is motivated to grow into a senior leadership role over time.This is not a corporate property management job. You will be expected to take ownership, solve problems independently, and operate with urgency and accountability.The RoleYou will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across a portfolio of retail shopping centers, including:Lease AdministrationRead, interpret, and abstract complex commercial leasesTrack key dates (rent commencements, options, expirations, CAM, etc.)Communicate with tenants regarding lease obligationsProperty & Asset Management SupportCoordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital projectsSource, bid, and manage vendors and service providersIdentify opportunities to reduce expenses and improve operationsTenant & Vendor RelationsServe as a professional, responsive point of contact for tenantsCoordinate with national retailers and local operatorsManage vendor relationships and ensure accountabilityLeasing & Development SupportAssist with new leasing activity and tenant onboardingSupport redevelopment and value-add initiativesHelp drive execution across multiple concurrent projectsWho This Role Is ForThis role is designed for someone who:Is highly organized and detail-oriented, but also proactive and solutions-drivenIs comfortable reading and working with complex legal documents and leasesIs a self-starter who can figure things out without constant directionTakes pride in ownership, accountability, and follow-throughIs a strong communicator (written and verbal)Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems quicklyWants to grow long-term within a real estate ownership platformWho This Role Is NOT ForSomeone looking for a narrow, task-based role with constant directionSomeone who avoids problem-solving or accountabilitySomeone who prefers a slow-paced or highly structured corporate environmentExperience2–5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:Commercial real estate (property management, leasing, or administration)Real estate paralegal or lease administrationRetail, hospitality, or operations roles with strong vendor/tenant coordinationRetail shopping center experience is a plus, but drive, intelligence, and work ethic matter more than a perfect resume.Compensation & GrowthCompetitive base salary (commensurate with experience)Significant opportunity for rapid growth and increased responsibilityDirect access to ownership and involvement in high-level decision-makingThis role is intended to evolve into a senior operations / asset management position for the right candidate.LocationArdmore, PA (in-office, full-time)How to ApplyIf you’re someone who takes pride in ownership, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is ready to take on more responsibility in a role where your work matters, your ideas are valued, and your growth is tied to your performance, we want to hear from you.Please submit your resume along with a brief note explaining:Why this role interests youAn example of a time you had to figure something out on your own
