Hours: 40 per week Duration: 1 year at leastRate: Strong Hourly RateBackground/area of expertise: ideally, they have Financial Services Travel requirement: has to live near McLean, VA and able to commute Onsite 5 days a week10+ Years of experience in Salesforce Development with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in Experience Cloud (Communities) Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows Experience with Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) Experience Cloud sites Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules) Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)Experience in Banking DomainWorked on Customer-facing platformsUnderstanding and Knowledge of banking products and servicesGood to Have: Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud integrationSalesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification Experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, Omniscripts) Experience with Salesforce AgentForce / Einstein Al features Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirementsSalesforce Platform Developer II or additional Salesforce certificationRoles and ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud sites (LWR, LWC) for online banking  Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and flows to support Experience Cloud functionalityIntegrate Experience Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other internal systems (e.g., Genesys C Cloud, MuleSoft, Hogan) Configure Experience Cloud Analytics to capture member behavior and engagement data Implement and manage security controls including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and OWD settings per clients security standards Collaborate with the Technical Review Board (TRB) on application design reviews and obtain permit-to-build approvals Follow Clients Salesforce Design and Code Review Standards for all development work Support AgentForce agent integration within Experience Cloud sites Troubleshoot Platform Event triggers, governor limit issues, and data integrity concerns in high-volume scenarios Write and maintain unit tests with adequate code coverage Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and deployments using CI/CD pipelinesNext Steps 1.   Please share your MS Word formatted resume 2.   Desired Hourly rate 3.   Any questions/clarifications We will then do a quick Zoom call as well
