Implementations Manager

The client success team has an impressive record of excellent client service, and we are looking for another star to join the team.The Implementations Manager drives the successful deployment of ECFX Notice from kickoff through go-live and sustained adoption. This role combines project leadership, client partnership, and cross-functional coordination to deliver implementations on time, within scope, and at a consistently high standard.What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end implementation projects, delivering against timeline, scope, budget, and quality targetsServe as the primary client point of contact, providing status updates, managing expectations, and proactively resolving risks and issuesLead discovery to understand client workflows and success criteria; translate needs into a structured implementation planPartner with internal technical teams to configure and validate ECFX Notice to meet client requirementsPlan and deliver client onboarding and training to drive adoption and self-sufficiencyMaintain accurate project documentation (requirements, decisions, plans, and status) to ensure alignment and continuityIdentify and recommend relevant add-on products in partnership with Sales and Customer SuccessDrive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, standardizing best practices, and improving operational efficiencyCommunicate implementation progress internally and escalate risks proactively to ensure a seamless client experienceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)5+ years of project management experience, ideally delivering SaaS implementationsWorking knowledge of the legal technology ecosystem; familiarity with docketing and document management systems (DMS)Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projectsAbility to translate complex needs into clear plans, milestones, and actionable stepsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with strong documentation habitsComfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments; proactive problem-solver with sound judgmentCustomer-first mindset and a track record of delivering high-quality client experienceExperience with implementation/project tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) required; experience with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence) preferredBenefitsCompensation: Annual salary of 100000-115000 USD/yearRemote Flexibility: A fully remote role accommodating every US time zone, Hawaii included.Work-Life Harmony: Embrace flexibility with our supportive approach to working hours.Comprehensive Coverage: Enjoy a suite of insurance options covering health, dental, vision, and life.Discretionary Time Off: We recognize the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
