Production Associate

Job Title: Production AssociatePosition Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Associate to join our growing team in the children’s wholesale industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience coordinating with factories to ensure timely and high-quality production. Familiarity with AMT systems is a strong plus.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily production activities from development through final delivery Communicate with domestic and overseas factories to track production timelines and resolve issues Monitor order status to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets are met Collaborate with design, sales, and logistics teams to support product lifecycle Maintain accurate production records, including purchase orders, tech packs, and shipment details Assist in troubleshooting production challenges and implementing solutions quickly Support quality control processes to ensure all products meet company standards Qualifications:2+ years of experience in production, preferably in apparel or children’s wholesale Experience working in a fast-paced production environment Direct experience working with factories (overseas and/or domestic) Familiarity with AMT or similar production management systems preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Salary $75,000
