Job Description CNC Machinist Needed - Mills or Lathes or Swiss - Setup or ProgramLooking for Experienced Machine Operators familiar with one or more of the following:CNC Mills, Lathes, CNC Rotary Transfer, Multi Spindles, Hydromat, Index, Hardinge, EMCO, Acme, Nakamura, Index G-200's, Index MS-42's, Index MS-22's, OkumaPosition Summary:At this level the associate is able to perform more complex duties per standard work including process changeovers and troubleshooting.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Complete set-up and operation of machining equipment in a safe and efficient manner.Perform start-stop procedures including, but not limited to: machine and conveyor start-up, loading of raw material, and machine shutdown.Perform simple and advanced changes, adjustments, and set-up to tooling and fixtures.Complete records and forms.Check machined parts visually and dimensionally according to quality standards.Clean chips from tooling and parts.Maneuver around machine, includes but may not be limited to standing, bending, stretching and walking.Repair, replace and/or modify the equipment if required.We have positions on 1st and 2nd shifts. We are working with multiple company's all over the St Louis area both Missouri and Illinois sides of the river.Pay is to skill level $30.00hr to $38.00hr.
