We design, manufacture, service, and support a complete line of packaging machinery including filling, bagging, check-weighing, labeling, bottle unscrambling, and capping equipment. Our solutions support customers across food & beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, personal care, nutraceutical, household, and industrial markets.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Field Service Engineer who is eager to learn and support multiple areas of our business. This role is hands-on and customer-facing, focused on installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining packaging equipment at customer sites.The ideal candidate is technically curious, mechanically inclined, and comfortable traveling approximately 50% of the time to support customers nationwide. This position offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of packaging technologies and grow within a well-established organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site field service support for All-Fill packaging equipment, including:Filling systemsVFFS bagging systemsCheckweighersLabeling systemsBottle unscramblersCapping equipmentWillingness and ability to travel to customer locations as required (approximately 50% travel).Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer facilities.Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues.Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service calls.Train customers in proper equipment operation and basic maintenance.Document service activities and communicate findings with internal teams.Required QualificationsTechnical experience in field service, packaging equipment, automation, or industrial machinery.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.Ability to work independently in customer environments.Strong communication and customer service skills.Valid driver's license and ability to travel by air and car.Preferred QualificationsExperience with packaging or processing equipment.Exposure to VFFS systems, fillers, conveyors, or labeling equipment.PLC troubleshooting experience.OEM or customer-facing service experience.Education And ExperienceHS Diploma/Associate's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical field + 10 years field service experience, ORBachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical field + 5 years field service experience.EEO StatementAll-Fill and Auger Fabrications, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.Salary: $75000.00 - $90000.00 per year
