Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in process Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary to ensure resolution Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and special requests during night audit shifts or day shifts as assigned Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests and ensure a clean, comfortable environment Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles with a strong background in front desk operations Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests Knowledge of hotel experience systems and reservation platforms Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for handling multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal relations Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for resort operations Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels valued!
