This role partners closely with functional stakeholdersand IT teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-focused solutions.This position may support a range of enterprise platforms depending onteam alignment and organizational needs. Candidates with experience inany combination of business systems, financial systems, or enterpriseSaaS platforms are encouraged to apply.In This Role You Will Administer, configure, and support enterprise SaaS applicationsacross multiple functional domains (e.g., business systems,financial systems, content management, CRM, ITSM). Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution toensure system reliability and user satisfaction. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translatebusiness needs into effective system solutions. Support system integrations and data flows, including working withrelational databases and integration tools. Contribute to system enhancements, process improvements, andautomation opportunities. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprisestandards and best practices. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybridwork opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho.****What You\'ll Need to Succeed****Minimum Qualifications Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and nine years ofRelevant Experience. Requirements May Be Met Through a Combinationof education and experience.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree preferably in technical or business-relateddiscipline. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Five or more years of experience administering and supportingEnterprise SaaS Platforms, Such AsCollaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365)CRM systemsIT service management (ITSM) toolsFinancial or procure-to-pay systemsContent and document management platformsOther enterprise business applications Experience with integration tools, APIs, and relational databases. Understanding of enterprise systems architecture and the ability todesign solutions that scale across departments and functions.
