This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing multiple matters, understands litigation procedures, and can work independently in a remote environment. Responsibilities include: Managing case files from inception through trial Drafting and preparing pleadings, discovery, and correspondence Coordinating and responding to discovery (including document production) Preparing deposition notices, subpoenas, and summaries Assisting with trial preparation, including exhibit binders and witness coordination E-filing in state courts (California experience preferred) Maintaining deadlines and calendaring key litigation events Interested in hearing more?
