🚀 Hiring: Enterprise Monitoring Analyst | NYC (Hybrid) | C2CWe are looking for a skilled Enterprise Monitoring Analyst to support and enhance large-scale monitoring and observability solutions across enterprise environments.This role is critical in ensuring system reliability, proactive issue detection, and operational excellence across cloud, applications, and infrastructure.📍 Location: New York City (Local candidates preferred)🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid💼 Employment Type: Contract (C2C)💰 Rate: Open to discuss🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Deliver and support enterprise monitoring solutions across infrastructure, applications, and networks• Monitor systems using tools like DataDog, Splunk, Dynatrace, ELK• Perform triage, root cause analysis, and incident routing• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with engineering teams• Maintain and optimize monitoring systems (reduce false alerts, improve signal quality)• Support deployment, configuration, and change management of monitoring tools• Build and maintain custom dashboards and observability frameworks• Stay updated with latest monitoring tools and best practices🔹 Key Requirements:• 2+ years of experience with Dynatrace (dashboard development mandatory)• 2+ years administering monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Nimsoft, Compuware, etc.)• Experience with DataDog, Splunk, ELK Stack, AWS CloudWatch, PagerDuty• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, application architecture, and networks• Hands-on experience with Windows, Unix, and Linux systems• Strong skills in incident triage, troubleshooting, and escalation• Excellent communication skills (very important for this role)🔹 Preferred Skills:• Experience in 24x7 production / enterprise environments• Exposure to AWS cloud monitoring• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)• Experience in multi-tool monitoring environments🎯 Success Indicators:• Reduced MTTR through proactive monitoring• Improved signal-to-noise ratio (fewer false alerts)• High adoption and reliability of monitoring dashboards• Strong collaboration with L2/L3 engineering teams📩 Interested candidates, please share your CV along with:• Notice period• Current / Expected rate• Work authorization (US)
