(Must be local to the Central Florida area)Responsible for providing relevant, accurate, and timely financial information to pharmacy leadership, internal finance/accounting teams, and department directors. This position performs research, collects data, and organizes and presents the analysis to management in written or oral format. Additionally, this role exercises objective, independent judgment in developing financial recommendations for management and serves as a liaison to department directors in financial matters. In addition, this position develops and trains staff in analyzing and organizing information into coherent reports and recommends and implements solutions based on this analysis. Ensures outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships with all stakeholders.Provides strategic financial information to pharmacy leadership, internal finance/accounting teams, and department directors.Collaborates with leadership to analyze financial data and develop recommendations for improving financial performance.Conducts research and collects data to support financial analysis and decision-making.Organizes and presents financial analysis to management in written or oral format.Exercises objective, independent judgment in developing financial recommendations for management.Serves as a liaison to department directors in financial matters.Develops and trains staff in analyzing and organizing information into coherent reports.Recommends and implements solutions based on financial analysis.Establishes data accuracy and validity from various systems.Performs data analysis using statistical techniques.Assists in preparing and delivering decision support reports to internal and external customers.Identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, improve customer service, increase capacity, and improve throughput.Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Ability to coordinate projects related to developing financial information for decision making [Required] Strong analytical and mathematical abilities [Required] Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint [Required] Ability to deal with data that is of a sensitive and confidential nature [Required] Strong emphasis on organizational skills and strong attention to detail [Required] Able to take initiative to solve issues [Required] Must be able to read, write, speak and have good comprehension of conversational English [Required] Ability to work well independently on tasks assigned to them [Required] Strong analytical and presentation skills [Preferred] Knowledge of healthcare finance environment [Preferred]Education Bachelor's [Required] Master's [Preferred]Field Of Study in Finance, Accounting or related fieldWork Experience 2+ years of related experience [Required] 3+ years of experience [Preferred]Physical Requirements: (Please click the link below to view work requirements)Physical Requirements - https://tinyurl.com/23km2677Pay Range$49,718.59 - $92,468.74This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
